If your purchase is faulty then you may return it and you will receive a full refund for the faulty item. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for return postage or refund the original postage charge.

Delivery within 4 hours from order. Cut-off time 2pm

For meat orders, we use very high quality packaging, to ensure the meat is fresh when you receive it. Have your meat delivered to your door for only £9.99 for every 12kg.

WEIGHT OF ITEMS
All items are individually weighed by us; we take into account the weight of packaging therefore the weight stated on the packaging of the actual product may be different. All weight is rounded up by 15 grams.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER (National orders only)
Whats great about ordering through Mr Mango Delivery is that once you order nationally, you will receive an email of 1 hour guranteed delivery time slot on the morning of the delivery so you can utlise your valuable time more efficiently. You can also track where the delivery driver is at naytime during the day of your delivery! We make it as simple as possible.
MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and not later than 24 hours after receiving the order on 0121 794 3381, or alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and your query.
We may ask you to email images of any faulty or damaged goods to us. The cost for returning items is £15.00 and must be covered by the customer; the initial cost of delivery will not be refunded.
Please ensure you are at the delivery address during the time period of your chosen slot. If there is no one present at the delivery address when the courier visits a card will be left with a contact number. It is the customer's responsibility to contact that number and arrange for collection. The courier will try to deliver the following day. In the event of the first failed delivery, there shall be no refund available.
All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability. This combined with the third party courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Unfortunately this is outside of Mr Mango Deliverie's control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
